Kiel is an expert at developing business strategies that harness creativity and cultural insights on a global scale, having lived and worked in the US, Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America. Over the course of his career, he has worked with Fortune 500 brands and technology startups in their efforts to develop unique connections with their respective audiences.

Kiel has been a guest lecturer at Harvard Business School, UCLA, and University of Southern California, speaking to both MBA and undergraduate students about the innovations in global business and entrepreneurship in areas such as social venture, fashion, technology, and digital media. He has also been a featured speaker at RISE Conference in Hong Kong, Silicon Beach Festival in Los Angeles, and WebSummit in Dublin. In December 2015, Kiel was featured in WIRED Magazine for his unique work and innovative business model he built alongside Linkin Park.
